Rachel Eyahpaise is business owner and executive caterer/chef of Bannock Express. Chef Rachel opened her catering business in 2016 and has since catered over 180 times for local businesses, events and schools.

Bannock Express's menu is comfort food meets fast food. Our bannock inspired menu consists of bannock starters, soup and bannock combos and main course bannock meals. We also have an assortment of teas, coffees, juice and pop available to order.

Bannock Express is focused on putting bannock business on the entrepreneurial map in Saskatchewan. This year Bannock Express placed 1st in the Enactus Aboriginal Youth Idea Challenge.
